YOUR ROLE:
We is currently looking for a Customer Care agent ( f/m/d) fluent to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer-related communication both via email and telephone. The role is planned full-time 40h per week starting as soon as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer queries via mail and phone (no acquisition)
- Find both practical and creative solutions to customer questions
- Assist customers throughout their journey and establish a relationship
- Coordinate inquiries together with other departments such as Logistics
- Update and maintain our CRM database
- Communicate with dealers across the globe
